At Kraken Water Systems, every filter service starts with a full inspection of the system. When we arrive, we evaluate the condition of the unit and determine which filters are due for replacement based on usage, water conditions, and manufacturer guidelines.

All required filters are replaced during the visit to ensure the system continues operating at peak performance. After the filters are installed, the entire system is tested to confirm proper operation.

We then sanitize the unit, check and adjust tank pressure if needed, and verify that all components—including valves, flow rates, and output quality—are functioning correctly. The goal of every service is to leave the system clean, balanced, and operating exactly as it should.

For convenience and peace of mind, Kraken Water Systems also offers annual service packages. These plans automatically remind customers when their filters are due, ensuring the system stays maintained without the need to track service dates.
